i got one, got to run, type in cmd and then press enter and then type in ping www.whatever website you want.com then press enter. this will give you a series of numbers. for example the numbers for youtube is 208.65.153.253. type this in on the web adress bar and it will bypass the block system. heres the reason it works. most schools block the websites URL, so when you type in the IP number the computer dosent know to block it.

Harware: wireless router, USB cord, PSP, and Internet
Get on your PSP and connect it to your computer with a USB cord then get on the playstation website and download the new update for the PSP then get into the psp files create new folder called Games the double click the folder and drag and drop the update from the internet to the folder!
Plug your PSP into the charger and make sure your PSP is fully charged then go to the games icon and it should say update 2.70 or what ever the new update is go to that and click on it it should bring up a screen that says are you ready to install or update? hit yes or ready then it will start the install it takes about 10-20 minuets to complete it will have a WWW icon got to it and setup new connection
How to setup connection
Directions for simple setup 1) Hit scan on your PSP 2) Then find your router name 3) hit add connection 4) test connection after your finished to see if it conneted
Directions for compecatied setup 1) on your computer go to the connection status 2) find the IP addreas 3) name the connection on your PSP 4) enter your IP on to your PSP 5) hit test connection and it should say your connection %
